Who are we?
Housing Expectations was formed in 2005 by Stephanie Doylend and has been successfully providing affordable housing solutions to our clients since that time. Our extensive experience within the world of affordable housing enables us to assist our clients with the delivery of their affordable housing obligations by undertaking negotiations and maximising return on behalf of land owners and developers throughout the Country.
We have been extremely successful in terms of viability negotiations having worked for private and public sector clients in this field for over 16 years utilising the industry toolkits and more recently our own toolkit which we have found to be extremely effective, transparent and accepted by all local authorities with whom we have worked.
